#Agile hell: When the backlog creep hits hard, PMs life turns into and endless loop 😂

Unfortunately, far too many companies are jumping on the agile bandwagon without fully understanding the potential pitfalls.

Big companies are particularly vulnerable to agile hell, as they tend to have large teams with a lot of complex tasks. To prevent this, companies should have a clear vision and roadmap for their project, and ensure that everyone is working towards that goal.

Also, and rather than being dogmatic, approaching the situation with an open mindset and including there options to even stop projects. Refocusing on core items should be a decision the PM can make in a psychologically safe environment and with clear R&R for the contingencies management.
